Pear Recruitment – Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Acton
Salary – £18,000 (Guarantee first 3 months £25,000) + Commission OTE £33,000
Hours: 8:45am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 6pm on Fridays and Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm. (5-day week)
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to work closely with their busy team based in Acton, you will play a fundamental role in developing future growth of the company. Candidates will have excellent skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with Tenants and Landlords, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard and add to the client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
