Salary – £18,000 - £22,000


Working Hours: 4-day week


We are looking for a Sales and Lettings Administrator for our client located in the vibrant heart of Stratford


Working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to share their knowledge. You will be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the Administration department, providing a great foundation for your future career with a dedicated agency.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to embrace a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop a diverse skill set. Flexibility and adaptability are paramount, as you will be expected to support the Sales & Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities (with training and guidance):



  • Assisting with applicant registrations and keeping accurate records

  • Preparing sales and lettings documents, brochures, and marketing materials

  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across platforms

  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors

  • Supporting negotiators and branch managers with administrative tasks

  • Learning and applying compliance requirements within the industry


Requirements:



  • Enthusiasm to learn and build a career in the property sector

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to use Microsoft Office and property software (full training provided)

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
