Senior Property Manager - Hatfield
Salary £35,000-£40,000, (Plus end of year bonus)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a great team and manage a portfolio of around 180 Properties for their Hatfield branch. The ideal candidate will be organised and responsible with around 2-3 year’s experience in Property Management. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. Property Management is a core element of our client’s business they have many long-term clients who have used their services time and time again.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- First point of contact for tenants
- Managing a portfolio of around 180 properties.
- Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations.
- Liaising with Landlords on various things such as works, deposit returns
- Dealing with contractors
- Arranging deposit returns via TDS.
- Arranging gas safeties, EPCs, EICRs etc
The Individual:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Property management experience.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
- Full clean driving licence and your own car
