Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 + Com OTE £40,000 plus Car Allowance
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm
Our client an award-winning independent estate agency are currently looking for a self-motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator who can contribute to their team, if you have the drive and motivation to succeed in a supported environment, we would love to hear from you.
Previous experience is essential for this role and maximising on all potential business opportunities with your fantastic letting’s skills using your excellent telephone manner and the motivation to succeed will give you the fantastic results you deserve in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
- Support the Lettings Manager in achieving targets and maintaining high standards.
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with landlords and tenants.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing strategies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a lettings or property management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
