Salary – Depending on Experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 1 Saturday per month 10am -2pm

Responsibilities:
- Uploading Files onto the System
- Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
- Arranging quotations for maintenance issues and instructing works
- Processing Invoices
- Renewing Tenancy Agreements
- Renewing Tenancy Deposits Certificates
- Arranging Compliance with Contractors
- Referencing tenants
- Arranging Management Inspections
- Following up on Property Visits
- Uploading date onto our system
- Ability to work under pressure within a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to multi-task

- Strong office administration skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of property management.
