Salary – £25,000 - OTE £55,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance £4,000
Full licence and own car required
Hours: 5-day week - Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience and ideally worked within the London/Greater London area to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. The successful applicant will be:
- Generating new business
- Arranging and attending valuations
- Winning instructions
- Negotiating with vendors and buyers
- Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
- Assist in Leading a team of negotiators
- Setting targets
- Setting and exceeding own targets
- Building and growing the team
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Be able to work effectively managing a team
- Always motivated and enthusiastic
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
