Salary - £25,000 + Commission

Working Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:
- Managing property sales from initial enquiry to completion
- Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback to clients
- Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth transactions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, preferably within St John's Wood or Hampstead
- In-depth understanding of the local property market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
