Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Stoke Newington
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Fixed salary
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm (Day off during the week)
Driver & Own car required

- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents
- Maintaining applicant database
- Negotiating offers
- Co-ordinating sales to completion
- Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation. You must be able to communicate at all levels. It is important that you are a self-starter and can generate business without constant management.
