Key Responsibilities:

- Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
- Productive dairy & time management Â
- Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
- Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
- Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
- Implementing strategies to increase market share.
- Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.
- Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
- Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
- Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
