Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission OTE £50,000 - £80,000
Hours: 5-day week - Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm (Day off during the week)

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, with a solid understanding of the Property Market. You will:
- Carry out property valuations for both sales and lettings, winning new instructions
- List properties to market with high-quality marketing and pricing strategies
- Conduct viewings for both buyers and tenants, qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and guide deals through to exchange/completion or tenancy agreement
- Liaise with landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers, providing expert advice and excellent service
- Support the smooth running of the office and contribute to growth and performance
- Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking and lead follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in estate agency, covering both sales and lettings
- Proven success in winning instructions and closing deals across both sectors
- Confident in carrying out valuations and offering strategic property advice
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills — able to balance sales and lettings workload
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Potters Bar and the surrounding area is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
