Basic Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000) plus car allowance
Our client is looking for a Senior/Lettings Negotiator with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in the great location of Morden.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiation skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As a Lettings Negotiator your responsibilities will include, but not limited to regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Requirements for this role:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Estate Agency
- Full UK driving licence.
- Motivated attitude
- Genuine ambition to progress and develop career.
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.
