Part Time 3 days a week 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Update and maintain digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Coordinate canvassing activities and ensure AML compliance.
- Maintain supplier relationships and oversee project budgets.
- Manage filing systems and stationery supplies.
- Produce letters, memorandums of sale, and invoices.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and phone calls.
- Welcome clients and manage reception duties.
- Address basic customer inquiries and learn advanced client procedures.
- Coordinate advertising content and deadlines.
- Assist with office system improvements and efficiency.
- Manage key inventory and show properties to potential buyers.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience with AML regulations.
- Background in customer service.
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Confident telephone manner and polished communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and business-smart presentation.
- Willingness to learn and grow through self-learning and training.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
