Salary - £65,000 + commission from £50,000 - £100,000 plus company car
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and weekend rota
Full UK licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Commercial Property Sales department from inception
- Value and appraise new commercial property instructions
- Manage and negotiate sales through both private treaty and auction channels
Requirements- Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property sales
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of the auction process is a plus but not essential
