Salary - £65,000 + commission from £50,000 - £100,000 plus company car

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and weekend rota

Full UK licence required

As a Commercial Property Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of commercial property and auction sales, driving growth, managing key relationships, and leading valuation and negotiation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Commercial Property Sales department from inception


• Value and appraise new commercial property instructions


• Manage and negotiate sales through both private treaty and auction channels

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property sales


• Strong valuation and negotiation skills


• Proven track record in achieving sales targets


• Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities


• Knowledge of the auction process is a plus but not essential
