Salary - £24,000 – £25,000
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Our client is looking for a Junior Property Management Administrator to join their upmarket office in Watford. With their professional and dedicated attitude which will ensure great relationships are built with all clients.

Responsibilities- Co-ordinate the department’s work on a weekly and daily basis
- Manage contractor relationships.
- Booking in property inspections & Check outs
- Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
- Ensuring landlords’ and tenants are kept informed.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
- EPCs
- General Administration
Requirements:
- Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints.
- Well organised and an excellent multitasker
- Great customer service attitude
