As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various branches across Essex. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing property listings, and providing expert advice to both buyers and sellers. Duties (including but not limited to):
· Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers who have made contact
· Providing the support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department.
· Lead generation through following up on web leads and enquiries.
· Supporting the branch staff with appointment bookings.
· Handling the overflow of inbound calls from branch.
Essential Requirements:
· Self-motivated and target driven
· Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essential
· Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
· Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
· Excellent communication skills.
