Salary – OTE £50,000 +
Hours- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Our client is looking for a dynamic and engaging Property Lister to join their friendly team based in the high-end area of Hampstead, this busy and trendy area is a fantastic base for this well-established Estate Agency with over 65 year’s experience in the Property Industry. Specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property Management with offices across London and international offices catering to overseas investors. As a Property Lister, you will be responsible for generating new business by valuing and securing residential properties for sale and rent. Building relationships with clients and able offer advice and have great knowledge of the local area.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate property valuations and appraisals for potential clients, using market trends and data to provide informed advice.
- Securing New Instructions: Build trust and rapport with landlords and property owners to secure new instructions for sales or lettings.
- Listing Preparation: Oversee the preparation of properties for the market
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local and national property market trends to provide clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering regular updates and guidance to ensure a smooth listing process.
- Work closely with the lettings, sales, and property management teams to deliver seamless service.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients to secure competitive agreements.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in property valuations, sales, or lettings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the North West London property market.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
Desirable:
- ARLA or NAEA qualifications (or working towards them).
- Familiarity with property software systems like Reapit.
- Demonstrable success in a similar role within a competitive market.
