Executive Sales Manager – Aylesbury

Salary - £37,000 - £41,200 (£75,000 OTE)

Our clients highly successful Aylesbury Branch is looking for an Executive Sales Manager.

Experience:

• NAEA qualified to level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within the sales/lettings or similar sector
• Proactive, professional and provides first class client care
• Has energy and dynamism which drive them to get tasks done and move the business forward
• Versatile communication skills that are easily adapted to suit the culture and environment in which they work
• Ensure the targets agreed within the budget are met
• Ensure the NPS score of the business exceeds 50
• Ensure all internal audits on the branch exceed 85%
• Ensure staff are appraised on a regular basis and the leaders fully understand their team performance
• Ensure the team work to a disciplined structure that focus on lead generation and winning new business.
• Encourage team members to positively greet visitors to the office
• Develop client relations
• Attending networking events
