Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6pm (Saturdays by appointment only)
Salary £24,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) plus commission
Drivers Licence – Not required
Our client is an independently owned property company based in the heart of the Shoreditch Triangle. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their trendy branch
By utilising over 50 years of combined experience they offer a tailored service for their clients, delivering some of the most unique and inspiring property in London.
Taking care of every aspect of the buying, selling, letting and renting of properties, their in-depth understanding of the market, along with a proven track record, sets them apart from the usual high street estate agent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
- Productive dairy & time management
- Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
- Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
- Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
- Implementing strategies to increase market share.
- Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.
- Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
- Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
- Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
