Salary: £25,000, (OTE £35,000) – Car/travel allowance
Hours – 5 Day week - Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm (Day off in the week)

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a great ambitious team.

What you will be doing most days:
- Carry out viewings in a friendly, helpful, proactive way – add value
- Answer the phone and book in viewings
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers
- Keep sellers updated
- Update social media with new properties and community information
- Negotiate offers Qualities
Qualities
- Good level of experience of estate agency and the sales process
- Genuine high attention to detail / diary management / well organised
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with all sorts of people in a proactive but friendly way
- Good level of experience of relating to people in a variety of settings and contexts
- Good written and spoken English Patient, positive, problem solver Friendly, unstressed, team player
- Go the extra mile
- Good with IT and quick to learn new IT
- Good with updating social media
- Live within easy commuting distance of the office
- Experience in Sales
