Salary - £18,000 – £20,000, + Commission
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team based in Hatfield. Candidates will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company. It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Main Duties:
- Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
- Qualify & respond to all leads.
- Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
- Handle negotiations and offers
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
- Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.
In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
- Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Preferably knowledge of the local area
