Our client, based in a popular busy high street in North London are looking for a Lettings Manager to build an existing lettings portfolio, you will have previous experience in the same role, if you have a great attitude with a want to achieve, thrive in a busy environment and looking for a new challenge this could be the career move for you. Responsibilities:

• Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
• Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
• All legal aspects.
