Salary - £18,000 – £22,000, OTE up to £60,000 + 3K car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week)
Are you a successful Sales Negotiator looking for an exciting new role within Estate Agency?
We are looking for intelligent, well spoken, genuine individuals who love what they do and want to work in a fast paced and professional environment with a successful agency who care about their staff as well as their work.

A typical day
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Driving to and from viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Handling enquiries and understanding buyers' requirements
What's needed
- Knowledge of local area preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Customer focused
- Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience within property sales is preferred, however a similar sales background, positive and professional nature may also be considered.
- Must have Full UK driving licence and own car
