Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team, starting ASAP to work until August 2024 to assist a project across the line. The client is highly regarded and experienced in property services. You will be extremely efficient and organised ready for the diversity in what each day brings with a can-do attitude to work. This role will suit a highly motivated individual with an impressive attitude in a busy environment.

Requirements:

• Strong coordination experience

• Lots of processing and some diary and logistics management

• Strong communication skills – speaking and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Filling in governance documents – strong attention to detail

• Good time management skills – keeping on top of and updating project plans

• Previous project analyst or project experience.

• Supporting a project manager or project lead/ PMO

• Strong experience in multitasking in an exceptionally fast-paced environment

• Strong Excel and general MS Office experience

• PA/EA mentality – able to deal with lots of requests and changing demands

• Experience with office moves and / or coordinating roll out of new systems, IT equipment, training etc is desirable but not essential

Preferred skill sets:

• Previous project analyst or project supporting experience.

• Experience Supporting a project manager/ project lead/ PMO.
