Pear Recruitment – Senior Property Manager – Finchley
Salary – Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Our client is a leading independent family-owned agency, based in North & North West London. Covering all aspects of the property market. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager with a minimum of 3 year’s experience to join their team. You will be working in a fast-paced lettings management department, overseeing staff and meeting the expectations of landlords and tenants to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice and receipt all rents and fees that are received
- Property inspections
- Liaise with tenants and contractors with regards to repairs
- Pay all landlords
- Register all deposits and refund all deposits
- Send out all welcome packs to both LL and Tenants
- Deduct all fees and invoices from rents
- Chase all rent arrears
- Ensure all properties are Safe, ie gas, PAT Test, Fire alarms etc
- Court paperwork, possession, bailiffs etc
About you:
·Excellent oral and written communications skills
·3 + year's experience within property management
·Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
·Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
