Senior Property Manager - Farringdon

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am -5.30pm

Our client is looking for a Property Manager, someone who is super organised and extremely meticulous. With around 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position, you will bring knowledge and resilience with you to succeed in this role.

You will be looking after a substantial portfolio, of around 90-100 properties. With Property Management at the core of this business and client retention playing a huge part in this you will need to be personable with the ability to build, sustain and grow great relationships.

Essentially you will be a problem solver, someone who wants to contribute to the continued growth of the brand. This is a strong portfolio which runs smoothly and offers amazing opportunities for the right candidate for professional progression and financial gains.

The Individual:

·2 -3 years Property Management Experience.

·Excellent oral and written communications skills.

·Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.

·Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.

·Arla qualification preferred (Not essential)
