Pear Recruitment – Head of property Management - Holloway
Salary - £50,000 – £55,000
 
Working out of the Holloway office the suitable candidate for the Head of Property Management role will come from a stable career background with at least 5 years’ experience ideally the most recent spent at a similar level. with a thorough understanding of all technical and legal leasehold matters and the ability to both comprehend and set complex budgets.  You will oversee major works, handle new business onboarding, and generally guide and manage the wider incumbent property management team.
You will have a keen eye for detail and be used to dealing with clients for whom high levels of service are paramount. You will need your relevant qualifications to experience this excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing division of a well-established firm.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Overseeing all aspects of property management
  • Inventory clerk organisation
  • Block management
  • Infrastructure  IT/Telephones
  • Branch facilities
  • Managing the team and settings tasks and conducting staff appraisals.

 
Candidate Requirements:

  • Arla qualified 
  • Property Manager with 5 years’ experience minimum
  • Property Management experience of large portfolio.
  • Highly Organised & Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially minded
  • Team player
