Pear Recruitment – Junior Lettings Negotiator – Hampstead
Salary - £18,000 – £22,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm
Our client based in the lovely area of Hampstead are looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic team. Covering a vast amount of London, their experience is unquestionable. Duties of this exciting Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include;- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants needs
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
- Listing Properties
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants To be considered for the Junior Lettings
You will have the following qualities:- Some experience in lettings or sales
- Customer focused
- Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
