Salary - £25,000 – £27,000, OTE £31,000
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Our client is looking for a sales progressor to join their upmarket office in Watford. With their professional and dedicated attitude which ensures great relationships are built with all clients.

As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:- Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully always informed.
- Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
- Being the sole point of contact for all parties
- Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
- Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads
About you:- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Experience in Sales Progression
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
