Our clients highly successful New Homes business is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join the Berkshire and South East region. As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will need to:- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the design of all related branded marketing material
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region
The ideal candidate will:- Have previous New Homes Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Be a skilled sales person able to secure financially profitable instructions and sales opportunities on behalf of the company
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use
