Salary – Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) OTE up to £55,000.
Our client is looking for an assistant lettings manager to join their office in Wimbledon, covering the attractive South West London area. Are you motivated and ready to join a leading Estate Agency in their busy lettings department you will need to be organised efficient and well presented with excellent customer service skills and previous experience within the property industry.

Essential Skills:
- Letting experience
- Knowledge of all legislation and procedures.
- Experience agreeing your own lets.
- Experience Managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
- An understanding of tenancy laws
