Salary - Basic: £28,000 - £30,000 + Commission and Car Allowance £250 per month
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 7pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm (Rota)
Our client is looking for a Lettings Manger with at least 1 year of experience to work within their branch in West Hampstead. With an impressive amount of local knowledge and experience they are looking for the right candidate to hit the ground running and drive the lettings department forward.

Responsibilities
Sourcing out new business and seeing business through tocompletion
Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
Increasing the company turnover
Opening and developing professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
Canvassing andmarketing
Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
Negotiating terms & closingdeals
Carrying out valuation & MarketAppraisals
Maintaining Branch & Personal SalesTarget
Business Development / New Business LeadGeneration
Covering 2 areas (Maida Vale and WestHampstead)
About you:
Pro-active, flexible andconfident
Excellent salesability
Self-motivated ESSENTIALCRITERIA
A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole.
Minimum 1 years’ experiencelocally.
