Pear Recruitment – Assistant Property Manager Wapping
Salary – £25,000 - £27,000
Hours – Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 10am – 2pm, Every other Saturday 10am – 2pm
Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an assistant property manager to join their team in Wapping. The successful candidate would play a key role in dealing with a portfolio of around 60 properties.
They are looking for a passionate and determined candidate with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results.

Skills required:
Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including
- Minor repairs,
- Major refurbishments,
- Insurance claims,
- Property visits,
- Inspections etc.
- Arranging mandatory safety checks,
- Booking pre tenancy works,
- Drawing up tenancy agreements,
- Negotiating
- Tenancy Renewals
About you:
Well organized
- An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.
- Have strong communication skills,
- Well presented
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Experience of supporting a fast-paced team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of lettings legislations
