Our client based in this high-end part of London are looking for a trainee/junior lettings negotiator to join their experienced team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily management of tenants and actively searching for new properties
Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client
Relationship building with tenants and clients
Managing the tenancy process and assisting the office manager with progression
Achieving monthly and yearly targets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Self-motivation and a pro-active attitude
The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
No previous agency experiences necessary
Full driving license not essential but preferred
