£18,000 – £20,000 + Commission OTE £30,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, 1 Saturday in every 3 - 10am – 2pm

Our client is currently looking for an ambitious sales and Lettings Negotiator to work within their Palmers Green branch due to increasing levels of business.

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
 

• Good IT skills
• Some Sales and Lettings Experience 
• Smart appearance
• Organised
• Interpersonal
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
• A proven track record in Sales & lettings and winning instructions
• Local area knowledge
• A full driving licence and own vehicle
• A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
