Our client based in and around the North and Northwest London area,have a fantastic opportunity to become part of an award-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry, currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Hampstead.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential.
Full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
