Monday - Friday - 8.45am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm
If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator who wants to up their work rate in a fast-paced office, this is the role for you!
We are looking for candidates with around 2 years’ experience in this ever-changing market, you will hit the ground running in this prime North London office. Our client is a well-established part of the community with excellent reviews, and they want someone like you, a driven, motivated, and tenacious Sales Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Sales and is ready to take on more! Obviously, you will be well presented and have strong communication along with the time management skills required for any great Sales Neg!!
Your duties:
Qualifying potential buyers
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging valuations of properties and winning new business.
Viewing properties & negotiating offers
Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
