Sales Negotiator - Southgate

Salary up to £18,000 - £20,000 + Com OTE £50,000

 

We are currently looking for a standout Sales Negotiator to join our clients Southgate office.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a team to provide exceptional costumer experience to all our clients and customers.

Working within a great team you will provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring all sales are handled professionally and targets are met.

 

Your average day:

 



  • Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.


  • You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.


  • Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.


  • Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion


  • Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.


 

 

You will need to be:

 



  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.


  • Well organised with attention to detail.


  • Driven to succeed.


  • Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.


  • A full driving licence.


  • Ideally 1 years’ experience in a sales negotiator position


  • We are also interested in people with experience in customer-facing industries.
