£23,500 + Commission (OTE £53K incl. Car Allowance)
Working Hours: Five Day week, inclusive of every Saturday.
Monday to Friday: 9am -6.30pm Saturday: 9am -4pm
We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator, to join a successful team for our client who are an estate agency based in South West London. They are an independent estate agency, established for thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for good quality customer service.

Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.
Offering services to landlords & vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.
Knowledge of Reapit software would be an advantage but not essential.
Around 12 months experience within a similar role and a proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets, local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
