Basic Salary £26K + Com OTE £55K
We are looking for a sales & Lettings property lister for our client based in Camden, North London. This is a wonderful business to join working within a team who have experience predominately in this thriving London market, they are looking for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team who always work together to achieve their full potential. As the Lister for this busy office, you will be responsible for driving forward the Lettings & Sales, consistently bringing in new business.
As a Property Lister:
Arrange and carry out market appraisals.
Developing relationships with existing and potential clients.
Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Estate Agency experience ideally in a senior role.
Experience carrying out market appraisals.
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
Be able to work effectively managing a team.
Be a motivated and enthusiastic member of the team.
Display high standards of service and presentation.
Have good organisational skills.
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
