Our client is a multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with two offices covering North London are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Finchley. Key Responsibilities:
Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
Productive dairy & time management
Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
Implementing strategies to increase market share.
Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.
Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
