Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9am -6pm
Our client is looking for an operations administrator to join their office in Uxbridge. They are an Estate agency determined to do things different. They have developed a true understanding of their clients needs and work hard to fulfil these needs with attention to detail and excellent customer service. They work hard to deliver an innovative and professional service and they need a switched-on Operations Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office.
As Operations Administrator, you will support both the sales and Lettings team, so experience in the property industry would be highly advantageous.
Your key day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist the Sales & Lettings Department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in creating Social Media Content & working on marketing campaigns.
Produce website content, ensuring website is kept up to date.
Key skills and experience:
Proven experience in a fast paced administrative or support role.
Previous experience of coordinating multiple tasks and delivering to agreed timescales.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive approach, always looking to improve processes.
Able to create, deliver, online content.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively independently, or collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
