Basic Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 plus commission OTE £30,000
Hours: 5-day week 9.00a.m - 6.00p.m - Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4pm Saturdays
Our client is an award winning, family run estate agent. They are a traditionalagent with traditional values and a modern and innovative approach.Offering a bespoke and personal service to all clients. They are looking for a sales Negotiator to join the team. The successful candidate will be someone who is friendly, personable and reliable. We are looking for someone with previous sales experience and knowledge and experience of the sales market in the local area.
Responsibilities:
Accompany viewings with prospective buyers.
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Register both vendor and buyer enquiries.
Enthusiastic and hard working
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed company and personal goals.
You should also have:
Written communication and numerical skills
Good administration skills
Good IT skills including Word.
A commitment to providing good customer service.
