Based in Northwest London
£85,000-£90,000
Hybrid working is an option nafter 6 months.
Pear has an opportunity to join a family office, established in 1977 specialising in both wealth management and wealth preservation, which are responsible to execute the family’s investment strategies.
Some of the main functions the family office has are real-estate, treasury, and accounts. With a long track record with banks, real-estate agents, and other investment firms. They manage a substantial AUM portfolio which has grown steadily throughout the years.
Your main duties will be to oversee residential, commercial, and industrial real estate on behalf of its owner. The duties include keeping properties in good condition, helping owners create budgets and generating income on their behalf.
This is a newly created role and covers a variety of duties some of which include:
Leading on new acquisitions, undertaking due diligence and deal execution
Extracting best possible portfolio performance
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate
Remit is to maximise income and value of the existing portfolio.
Manage third party professionals, agents, consultant’s, suppliers.
Negotiation and or supervision of lettings, renewals, rent reviews.
Identifying, defining, and implementing enhancement initiatives
Assist in the preparation and implementation of the business strategy.
Sourcing development opportunities and managing current development pipeline.
Requirements
Commercial property background.
US/ Canada/ MENA or Europe exposure
Good contacts in the investment/development market
Good influencing and negotiating skills.
Experience of investment /asset management /development management.
Strong numerical and financial modelling Skills, detailed technical knowledge of valuation techniques including DCF, IRR and traditional methods.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good planning and organisational skills
Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally.
Good understanding of financial metrics & their application in the property markets
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
