Senior Sales Negotiator - Puckeridge
Salary circa £23,000 plus commission OTE £35K
Working Hours: 5 Day week to include Saturdays.
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am -5pm
Our agent based in the fabulous village of Puckeridge is looking for an ambitious and charismatic experienced estate agent with the ability to value and win instructions to come on board and complete their team. This is a great agency with 3 village-based offices giving them the opportunity to concentrate on the rural market.
You will be a key member of the team; with full support of the Branch Manager, you will play an important part in success of this office. You will be responsible for achieving Sales targets and be rewarded for your efforts.
The ideal candidate:
Will have a successfultrack record in Estate Agency
Experienced Valuing properties
Results orientated and able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
Have a proven track record of delivering targets.
Have a spirit of professionalism, honesty and integrity in all you do.
Successful track record in achieving targets and maintaining vendor relationships.
Well presented.

Self-motivated
Exceptional customer service.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
