We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our client based in Camden, North London. This is a great company, with over 40 years of experience, predominately in the London lettings market. They are now looking for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team. A team who can help you on your journey to achieve the successful career you desire. This is a team that pride themselves on finding high calibre tenants for their properties. To become part of this team you will be a proactive, and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential.
Full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
