Salary: £24,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Our client based is looking for a first class Office Co-ordinator to support their team in South Kensington.
Working in this wonderful part of town you will enjoy being a central point for this vibrant office.
Your experience in a similar position within property is invaluable and we are looking for candidates with bags and bags of energy & enthusiasm. What will also work in your favour is your likeability,honesty,and greatcommunication skills.
The requirement is for a proactive, versatile, and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
Duties include but not be limited to:
First Point of Contact, to clients, contractors & colleagues.
Preparing, updating, and printing property lists
Key handling, cutting keys, monitoring and conducting monthly key audits.
Ordering office supplies
Liaising with IT, phone providers and handling issues.
Preparing property details and marketing packs.
Obtaining compliance documentation.
Handling and distributing post
General administration duties and canvassing
Processingtenancyrenewalsdocumentation(preparing,sendingtoparties, uploading onto system)
AssistingwithtrainingSaturdayReceptionists
Assistinglinemanagerwithcarhandovers.
Preparingwelcomepacksand introductions for new starters,
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.
Customer Service Skills
The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative.
Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner.
Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Good customer relations and communication skills are required.
