Our client is looking for an Assistant Property Manager. They are looking for someone who can become an integral member of the property services team. and play a key role in supporting Property Partners in driving forward the exceptional level of customer service in line with company’s vision & values.
You will be exposed to various scope of tasks which will enable you to confidently obtain the experience required to gradually oversee your own portfolio.
You will be trained on all aspects of the property industry therefore previous property management experience is not necessary. A strong desire to work hard and a can-do attitude is essential.
The role requires the following skills:
Professional approach to customer services
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve.
