Lettings Negotiator: in definition involves the promotion of properties to let and the management of the letting process, focusing on building a positive working relationship with potential tenants and ensuring a smooth transition.
More simply put as a Lettings Negotiator for this fab team you will develop great relationships with those wishing to rent a property and landlords who are seeking tenants. Dealing with incoming calls from existing clients and interested parties as well as keeping landlords and potential tenants informed and up to date.
Your main focus is to arrange and conduct appointments in which potential tenants will be able to view properties with the aim of proceeding with one of them. On occasion you will be required to transport applicants to the property for viewings so a car would be necessary. During these viewings is when you perform your magic, selling the benefits and obtaining valuable feedback to gauge exactly what this potential tenant is looking for!
As well as your strong sales ability you will be a well-rounded individual that focuses on customer service and building a good rapport with clients.
Lettings Negotiators earn an uncapped performance-related salary at this company so the world is your oyster! There is no minimum qualifying level for commission. Lettings negotiator jobs involve but are not limited to the following tasks:
Promoting properties.
Meeting with potential tenants, working out what their exact needs and requirements are and building rapport.
Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.
Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental.
Dealing with clients and potential clients via email, telephone or in person
Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants
Arranging tenancy agreements.
Keeping administrative systems up to date & adhering to all legal guidelines
Meeting sales targets.

Package:
Location: Loughton
Salary: £18,000 pa plus 10% commission and bonuses.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 6pm. Saturday 9am – 5pm. Day off in the week
