You will need a proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets along with a charismatic personality.
If you are ambitious, self-motivated, and articulate, this job is for you. Fantastic on the phone, and a quick thinker, all the while delivering first class customer service for this agent in a great location.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Register new applicants.
Organising and conducting viewings.
Business development
Ensuring landlords and applicants are kept in the loop of the lettings process from beginning to end.
Negotiating offers successfully.
Preferred Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong rapport building and networking skills.
Drive to go above and beyond to make sure the client has the best possible service.
