£20,000 - £25,000 + Com 7.5% on all sales and lettings
5 day week, Monday to Friday 9am -6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm on a rota basis.

Our client is based in North London and are a leading independent and professional agent specialising in residential sales and lettings. They are passionate about people and property and their friendly staff pride themselves on delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service, with a strong emphasis on support and communication. Right now, they need a sales and lettings negotiator, and the ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
